I’m a believer of FAR away friendship.

I began writing about 3 1/2 years ago and my life has n e v e r been the same. I can’t EXPRESS how much writing has blessed me- from helping me find far away friends, to allowing myself to share my life happenings, to even getting the privilege to travel to meet them.  I have met some of my BEST friends through snail mail. I’m not naive to say that every person I write to I easily connect with, but I feel like snail mail is a gift that should fall into your hands and with time place the right person in your life.  It’s about about pouring out yourself on a piece of paper and expecting to receive the exact thing in return. Have the courage to allow someone else to see the vulnerable, weak, dark parts of you and you will either be rejected or SURPRISED in how much you two have in common. Friendship is such a beautiful gift from God! 

So about me: I am 19 years old with a mature personality.  I just finished my first year in college, I attend a private school in southern California. I believe  SO SO much in sharing life with people, so I’m all about those random group hangouts and coffee chats.  I am a Christian, and my heart has been given a new desire for life because of Jesus.  I am studying social work, and would like to use that career in any way possible.  I enjoy time in downtown LA, the beach, the closest coffee shop, or even just in my car blasting music.  Love music like One Republic, Regina Spektor, Angus & Julia Stone, Ben Howard, Brooke Fraser & +.  I work at an amazing Korean bbq restaurant.
